When booking with us you are required to provide your email address, contact name(s) and a contact phone number. We store these details in our system, secured by password protection. We hold these in order that we can contact you in regards to your stay. Following your stay these details remain stored on our system.
We will never sell your contact details to third parties.
We will never share your contact details with third parties except with your permission.
We will not use your details for mass marketing.
We do not store any of your financial details. Indeed, aside from the basic information that shows up in relation to bank transfers, we never see any of your financial details.
We do not track your activity on our website.
Should you wish to find out what information we hold about you, or, following your stay, would like us to delete any of your details from our system, please make a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
