When regional or national rules are put in place that prevent you travelling to us, or prevent us accepting guests, we will do our best to change the dates of your stay. If we are not able to find dates that work for you we will offer a full refund.
Any cancellations or amendments that are not directly related to Covid rules are dealt with according to our normal cancellation policy (please see our Terms and conditions).
